The LED recessed downlight from Frisch-Licht impresses with its robust design and efficient light output. Featuring a round housing made of die-cast aluminum and an opal flat light diffuser made of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), it provides an even, warm white light distribution with a color temperature of 3000K. The luminaire is specially designed for recessed ceiling installation and offers a wide, symmetrical illumination downward with a 95° beam angle. Despite consuming only 12 watts, it is extremely energy-efficient and delivers a luminous flux of 1100 lumens.

Robust Protection and Long Lifespan

With an IP54 rating, the downlight is protected against dust and splashing water, ensuring safe and durable use. Additionally, the IK06 impact protection rating guards against mechanical impacts, allowing the luminaire to operate reliably even in demanding environments. The average lifespan of 50,000 hours guarantees long-lasting durability without frequent replacement. The luminaire is fixed installed and the LED light source cannot be replaced, simplifying maintenance and ensuring safe operation.

Easy and Time-Saving Installation

Thanks to quick-mount clip springs, installing the downlight is particularly straightforward. The spring fastening allows for fast and secure recessed mounting in hollow ceilings with a maximum material thickness of 3.5 cm. For special requirements, matching concrete mounting pots are optionally available to further facilitate installation. The scope of delivery includes the LED light source as well as the suitable driver, which operates with low-voltage direct current (SELV) and is ENEC certified.

The downlight emits warm white light with a color rendering index of over 80Ra, ensuring natural and pleasant color reproduction. The luminous efficacy of 91 lumens per watt attests to the high efficiency of the LED technology. With a consumption of only 12 kWh per 1,000 hours, the downlight shines brightly while remaining energy-saving. The luminaire is designed for a mains frequency of 50-60 Hz and operating voltages of 220-240 volts, allowing flexible use in many applications.

With protection class 2 and a temperature range from -20 to +35 °C, it is suited for various conditions. The luminaire is available in a round shape and can optionally be ordered with different reflectors or in various light colors to meet individual requirements.
