Payment and Delivery
Delivery charges and methods of payment for private customers.
You may choose between the following modes of payment:
- Payment in advance
- Paypal
- VISA Card, Master Card ( only for registered customers )
- Payment upon collection in Essen
- Direct debit (only within Germany)
Delivery charges will be calculated in your shopping cart prior to sending the order.
KS delivers all goods directly to your home address - quickly, safely and reliably. If part of an order cannot be delivered immediately the remaining goods will be delivered free of charge.
- Free delivery from an order value of CHF 300.00.
- For orders with order values between 150.00 CHF and 300.00 CHF we charge shipping costs of 11.90 CHF.
- For orders with order values below 150.00 CHF we charge shipping costs of 18.90 CHF.
Before sending the order, the shipping costs will be calculated for you in the shopping cart.
We deliver with DHL, GLS or UPS. Please refer to the product description for the delivery time.
Delivery will always be without VAT and duty unpaid.
- For orders with order values from 89,00 CHF or above we offer free delivery within Germany.
- For orders with order values between 16.90 CHF and 89,00 CHF a delivery charge of 6.60 CHF will be charged for orders.
- For orders with order values below 16.90 CHF a delivery charge of 8.80 CHF will be charged for orders.
We deliver by DHL, GLS or UPS. Please refer to the product description for delivery time.

If one of several articles ordered is not immediately available we will inform you about the expected delivery date. Subsequent deliveries are carried out free of charge. Charges are therefore not higher for subsequent deliveries than as if the goods had been sent in one shipment. In the unlikely case of a supply shortage we will inform you forthwith.

Transport damage has to be notified immediately!
The transport of your order will be insured by us free of charge. Should you receive transport boxes that show outside damage please notify the carrier immediately and let them confirm the damage to the transport box.
