The LED surface-mounted downlight SOLID 1.0 from Wever & Ducré impresses with its first-class workmanship and high-quality materials. Made from powder-coated and wet-painted die-cast aluminum, the luminaire stands out due to its robust and durable construction. With a weight of only 0.65 kg and a compact size of 10 cm diameter and 13 cm height, the light can be integrated unobtrusively and stylishly. The elegant copper-colored surface with a metallic satin finish gives the downlight a noble appearance.

Efficient Light Output and Energy Consumption

The LED module of the SOLID 1.0 features a power consumption of 12.2 watts with a light color of extra warm white (2700K). With a luminous flux of 805 lumens and an efficacy of 66 lm/W, the luminaire provides pleasant and economical lighting. The average lifespan of 50,000 hours guarantees long-lasting use without frequent replacement. At the same time, the energy consumption of 13 kWh per 1,000 hours complies with current energy standards, enabling sustainable use.

Precise Light Control and Perfect Color Rendering

The SOLID 1.0 has an especially narrow beam angle of 15 degrees, which precisely focuses the light cone. Thanks to the cardanically adjustable LED module insert, the light can be directed almost all around to set targeted accents. The very high color rendering with a CRI value of over 90 ensures a natural and brilliant representation of colors. The color consistency is extremely tight, with a MacAdam ellipse of 2 SDCM, meaning multiple luminaires of this series produce a uniform light image.

Easy Connection and Flexible Dimming Function

The surface-mounted downlight is designed for direct connection to 230V mains voltage. The LED driver is already integrated, allowing for uncomplicated installation via the supplied terminal block. The luminaire is dimmable via phase-cut dimming, enabling flexible lighting moods. A dimmer is not included but can be added separately. The operating device can be replaced by the end user, which facilitates maintenance and adjustment.

The SOLID 1.0 is part of the SOLID series from Wever & Ducré and is available in various housing colors, light colors, and beam angles. The scope of delivery includes the LED module, terminal block, plug, and driver, so the luminaire is ready to use immediately. Protection class 1 and protection rating IP20 ensure safe use. The luminaire complies with photobiological risk class RG1, which means it is a harmless light source. For even more flexibility, this luminaire is also available as a DALI-2 dimmable version.
