The LED surface-mounted downlight SOLID 1.0 from Wever & Ducré impresses with its first-class workmanship and modern technology. Featuring a slim, cylindrical design made of powder-coated die-cast aluminum, it combines durable materials with an elegant appearance in champagne color. The product is specifically designed for ceiling installation and stands out due to its light weight of only 0.65 kg as well as its compact size with a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 13 cm.

Efficient and Precise Lighting Technology

This surface-mounted downlight operates with a power consumption of 12.2 watts and produces a luminous flux of 805 lumens at a warm white color temperature of 2700 Kelvin. The extra warm white light color creates a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Thanks to the very narrow beam angle of 15 degrees, the light is emitted precisely as a spotlight, ideal for targeted illumination of areas or objects. The luminous efficacy is an efficient 66 lumens per watt.

Flexible Orientation and Easy Installation

A special highlight is the gimbal-swiveling LED module, which allows for an almost all-around rotatable alignment of the light beam. This enables individual adjustment of the light to the desired area. Installation is very easy thanks to the direct connection to 230V AC mains voltage, as the LED driver is already integrated. The scope of delivery includes all necessary components such as terminal block, LED module, and plug, which further simplifies installation.

High Light Quality and Dimmability

The luminaire offers excellent color rendering with a CRI value of over 90, ensuring natural and vivid color representation. This makes the downlight particularly suitable for areas where color fidelity is important. Additionally, the luminaire is dimmable via phase-cut control, allowing the light intensity to be conveniently adjusted to individual needs. However, a suitable dimmer is not included in the scope of delivery.

Protection class 1 and IP20 protection rating ensure safe operation in protected environments. The luminaire meets photobiological risk class RG1, meaning it is harmless to health. Additionally, the very low color deviation (2 MacAdam ellipses) ensures a uniform light image when using multiple luminaires of the same series.
