The LED renovation downlight DIONE from Deko-Light impresses with its modern design and versatile application possibilities. With a diameter of 8.2 cm and a shallow installation depth of only 3.8 cm, it fits perfectly into standard drill holes with a diameter of 68 mm. The recessed luminaire is made of robust aluminum and plastic and features a matte black surface that integrates elegantly into any room design. Thanks to its compact dimensions and lightweight of 163 g, installation is particularly easy and secure, supported by firmly installed spring clips.

Efficient and Flexible Lighting with High Light Quality

The downlight is equipped with a powerful 8.5-watt COB LED that produces a luminous flux of 480 lumens. The color temperature is variable from ultra warm white to warm white (1800 to 3000 Kelvin), offering a pleasant, atmospheric light ambiance. Particularly noteworthy is the dim-to-warm function, which continuously warms the light color when dimmed – ideal for cozy evenings or relaxing moments. With an excellent color rendering index of over 95, the light ensures natural color reproduction and a comfortable room atmosphere.

Practical Swiveling and Easy Installation

The LED module of the DIONE downlight can be swiveled by 30°, allowing optimal alignment of the light cone – for targeted lighting of specific areas or objects. The light distribution is symmetrical with a beam angle of 36°, ensuring even illumination. Installation is tool-free thanks to a quick-installation junction box with a quick terminal, which also allows for daisy-chaining multiple luminaires. The connection via terminal clamps is especially secure and time-saving.

Durability and Energy Efficiency for Sustainable Use

The downlight offers an impressive lifespan of up to 50,000 hours and is rated for up to 25,000 switching cycles – reducing maintenance effort and costs sustainably. With an energy consumption of only 9 kWh per 1,000 operating hours, the luminaire is one of the particularly economical lighting solutions. The external, dimmable LED driver and junction box are included in the scope of delivery and support leading-edge and trailing-edge dimmers, enabling flexible control of the light intensity.

Versatile Accessories and Technical Details for Optimal Adaptation

Included in the delivery are the luminaire, the LED driver, the junction box with daisy-chaining capability, as well as spring clips for secure mounting. The luminaire is suitable for a maximum material thickness of 13 mm and requires only a 27 mm recess depth at the back. Protection class 2 and IP20 rating make the product robust against dust and touch-safe. For special requirements, various accessories are additionally available, such as safety distance holders, reducer rings, or alternative covers for softer light. This allows the DIONE downlight to adapt flexibly to many installation situations.
