The LED recessed downlight from Frisch-Licht impresses with its modern, round design and high-quality workmanship made from powder-coated aluminum and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). With a diameter of 17 cm and an installation depth of 7 cm, the luminaire integrates discreetly and elegantly into your ceiling. The visible part of the luminaire measures 17 cm in diameter and is only 0.4 cm high, providing a subtle look. This downlight is specially designed for installation in hollow ceilings and is delivered including a driver that facilitates mounting and operation.

Efficient and Long-Lasting LED Technology

The integrated LED with a power output of 18 watts produces warm white light with a color temperature of 3000K and offers high brightness of 1800 lumens with a low energy consumption of only 18 kWh per 1000 hours. The luminous efficacy of 111 lm/W demonstrates how efficiently this luminaire operates. With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours, the downlight is particularly durable and low-maintenance, as the LED light source cannot be replaced. Thanks to the direct light emission and a beam angle of 90°, the luminaire provides targeted and glare-free illumination.

Comfortable DALI Dimming Function for Individual Light Control

The LED recessed downlight is DALI dimmable and thus ideally suited for integration into modern building automation systems. The digital DALI control enables stepless and precise adjustment of the light intensity to optimally adapt the lighting to different situations and moods. The operating system works with a voltage of 220-240 V at 50-60 Hz and ensures stable and reliable operation. Protection class 2 as well as protection rating IP44 provide safety against contact, foreign bodies, and splashing water.

Optimal Light Quality and Glare Reduction

The LED module is recessed and covered by an opal diffuser, which guarantees pleasant and uniform light distribution without disturbing glare. The luminaire emits warm white light with a high color rendering index of over 80 (CRI > 80, level 1B), making colors appear natural and vibrant. This makes the luminaire especially suitable for areas where pleasant and high-quality lighting is important.

Versatile Applications and Easy Installation

Thanks to the installation opening with a diameter of 15 cm and a maximum material thickness of 2.5 cm, the downlight can be easily installed in various types of ceilings. Weighing only 0.4 kg, the luminaire is also easy to handle. As an accessory, an installation pot is available, which can be ordered separately.
