The LED recessed downlight from Frisch-Licht impresses with its round design and high-quality workmanship made of powder-coated aluminum and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). With a visible diameter of 17 cm and an installation depth of only 7 cm, it fits perfectly into various ceiling constructions. The recessed LED module combined with an opal diffuser ensures a pleasant, glare-free light distribution with a beam angle of 90°. This creates an even and neutral light, ideal for many applications.

Energy-Efficient Technology with Long Service Life

The luminaire operates at a power of 12 watts and achieves an impressive luminous efficacy of 108 lumens per watt. The luminous flux is 1300 lumens at a neutral white color temperature of 4000 Kelvin, providing natural and comfortable lighting. The average lifespan of the LED is 50,000 hours, significantly reducing maintenance efforts. Thanks to the integrated driver, the luminaire is ready for immediate use and can be connected directly to the 220-240 volt power supply.

DALI Dimmability for Individual Light Control

The downlight is equipped with a DALI interface that enables digital and stepless dimming. This feature allows easy integration into modern building control systems and offers flexible adjustment options for light intensity. The lighting can thus be optimally adapted to different needs and situations, promoting both comfort and energy savings. The luminaire is also available in various sizes and power levels to meet individual requirements.

Robust Design with IP44 Protection Class

The product has the IP44 protection class, which provides protection against touch, foreign objects, and splashing water. This makes it ideal for damp environments such as bathrooms or kitchens. The IK02 protection class also guarantees basic impact resistance. The luminaire is designed to operate reliably and safely even at ambient temperatures between -20 and +35 degrees Celsius. Installation is carried out as a recessed fixture, with a required cut-out diameter of 15 cm.

Practical and High-Quality Equipment

The LED recessed downlight is supplied including the light source and driver; however, the installation housing is not included. The luminaire is a true all-rounder: it can be used as a spotlight, floodlight, area light, or diffuser light and is excellently suited for ceiling installation. The neutral white light and good color rendering with a CRI of over 80 ensure natural color reproduction. Weighing only 0.4 kg, the luminaire is also easy to handle and install.
