The LED surface-mounted downlight SOLID 1.0 from Wever & Ducré impresses with its high-quality workmanship made from powder-coated and wet-painted aluminum die-cast. With a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 13 cm, the round ceiling light features an elegant bronze-colored design. The product is specially designed for ceiling installation and offers a durable, robust solution with an average lamp lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.

Efficient and Powerful LED Technology

Equipped with a fixed COB LED consuming 12.2 watts, the downlight delivers a luminous flux of 900 lumens at a warm white color temperature of 3000 Kelvin. The luminous efficacy is 73 lumens per watt, ensuring energy-efficient lighting. The fixture offers very good color rendering with a CRI of over 90, making colors appear natural and vivid. The light distribution is direct and medium-wide, with a beam angle of 34°, allowing optimal alignment of the light cone.

Flexible Orientation and Easy Installation

The SOLID 1.0 LED downlight features a gimbal-swiveling LED module that allows a tilt range of 25° and a rotation range of 355°. This enables precise targeting of the light cone to the desired area. Installation is as a surface-mounted luminaire, easily fixed to the ceiling. The light is equipped with a push-in terminal for mains connection, making connection to 230 V AC especially straightforward. The integrated LED driver is included in the scope of delivery, further simplifying installation.

Dimming Function and Technical Safety

The LED downlight is dimmable via phase-cut dimmers, which are not included in the scope of delivery. This allows flexible adjustment of brightness to create the desired atmosphere. With protection class 1 and ingress protection rating IP20, the product meets common safety requirements for the intended application. The photobiological risk class RG1 also guarantees safe use without health risks from the light.

Complete Accessories and Versatile Applications

Included in the delivery are, besides the LED module, also the terminal clamp, plug, and driver, so the luminaire is ready for immediate use. The model is part of the SOLID series and is available in different housing colors, light colors, and beam angles. The color consistency is very high with 2 SDCM, which is especially important when combining multiple luminaires to achieve a uniform light appearance. Additionally, a DALI-2 dimmable version is available, offering even more flexibility in light control.
