The SOLID 1.0 LED surface-mounted downlight from Wever & Ducré impresses with its high-quality craftsmanship and first-class light quality. With a warm white color temperature of 3000K, it produces a pleasantly warm light that creates a natural and comfortable atmosphere. The luminaire features very good color rendering with a CRI value of over 90, meaning colors are displayed particularly vivid and realistic. Thanks to the MacAdam ellipse 2 SDCM, the light color is extremely consistent, which is especially important when using multiple luminaires.

Flexible and Precise Light Direction through Cardan Joint

The SOLID 1.0 is equipped with a cardanically swivelable LED module that allows rotation of up to 355° and a tilt range of 25°. This enables optimal alignment of the light cone and focusing on the desired spot. With a beam angle of 34°, the luminaire offers a medium-wide light distribution that provides direct and targeted effective illumination. This flexibility makes the luminaire ideal for a variety of lighting requirements.

Robust Construction and Easy Installation

The housing of the surface-mounted downlight is made of powder-coated and wet-painted die-cast aluminum, ensuring a durable and stable construction. The luminaire is round with a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 13 cm. It is mounted as a surface luminaire and can be connected directly to 230V mains voltage thanks to the included terminal clamp and integrated LED driver. The low weight of 0.65 kg additionally facilitates installation.

Energy Efficiency and Long Lifespan

With a power consumption of only 12.2 watts and a luminous flux of 900 lumens, the SOLID 1.0 downlight offers an excellent luminous efficacy of 73 lumens per watt. This ensures efficient lighting with low energy consumption of just 13 kWh per 1000 hours. The average lifespan of the LED is an impressive 50,000 hours, eliminating the need for frequent replacement. The fixed COB LED module is not replaceable; however, the driver can be replaced by the end user.

DALI-2 Dimming and Modern Design

The LED surface-mounted downlight is DALI-2 dimmable, allowing for digital and stepless light control. This feature facilitates integration into intelligent building control systems and provides individual comfort in lighting. The design is elegant and timeless with a matte black finish, further refined by the metallic silk-matte wet paint.
