The GLAN M LED downlight from Rutec impresses with its high-quality workmanship and versatile applications. With a diameter of 23.7 cm and an installation depth of only 9 cm, this recessed luminaire integrates discreetly into any ceiling. The luminaire offers direct light distribution with a beam angle of 60°, ensuring uniform illumination of the room. Installation is tool-free using tension springs, which flexibly adapt to material thicknesses from 1 to 30 mm.

Variable Power and Color Temperature for Individual Lighting

The GLAN M LED downlight features a stepwise adjustable power consumption from 15 to 21 watts. This can be easily adjusted via DIP switches on the integrated converter, varying the luminous flux between 1970 and 2670 lumens. Additionally, the color temperature is flexibly selectable: warm white (3000K), neutral white (3500K), or cool white (4000K) can be set using a slide switch. This allows the lighting to optimally adapt to different requirements and moods.

High-Quality Materials and Energy-Saving Technology

The downlight is made of powder-coated aluminum and borosilicate glass, which ensures precise light control and homogeneous, glare-free illumination. The low energy consumption of a maximum of 21 kWh per 1,000 operating hours makes the luminaire particularly efficient. The luminous efficacy ranges from 127 to 131 lumens per watt depending on the power level, providing strong brightness with low power consumption. The lifespan of up to 50,000 hours guarantees long-term use without frequent lamp replacement.

Comfortable Installation and Intelligent Technology

The LED downlight is equipped with a pre-mounted operating device that allows for easy plug & play connection. The current-controlled operating device is replaceable and supports both alternating current (220-240V, 50/60Hz) and direct current (176-280V). Thanks to protection class 2 and IP20 certification, the device is safe and reliable. The connection cables are 40 cm long, and the luminaire features a terminal block as well as a secondary connector for straightforward wiring.

With a UGR value below 19, the downlight is ideal for workplaces with screens, as it guarantees glare-free lighting. The high color rendering index of over 80 Ra ensures natural colors and a pleasant atmosphere. Passive cooling via the trumpet reflector prevents overheating and contributes to the LED’s longevity. Additionally, practical accessories such as clip springs, mounting brackets, and light color and power switches are included in the scope of delivery, facilitating installation and individual adjustment of the luminaire.
