The LED downlight GLAN L from Rutec impresses with its modern and efficient technology. With a diameter of 27 cm and an installation depth of only 9 cm, the luminaire adapts perfectly to various ceiling openings. The stepwise adjustable power between 15 and 21 watts allows flexible adjustment to the desired lighting requirements. Depending on the power level, the luminous flux ranges from 1970 to 2670 lumens, providing bright and pleasant illumination. Thanks to the high luminous efficacy of up to 131.4 lm/W, the downlight operates particularly energy-efficiently.

Individually Adjustable Light Colors and Light Quality

The color temperature of the GLAN L can be selected via an integrated slider switch in three stages: warm white (3000K), neutral white (3500K), and neutral white (4000K). This allows the light color to be optimally adapted to different requirements. With a color rendering index of over 80 Ra, colors are reproduced naturally and vividly, making the luminaire ideal for professional general lighting. The glare rating UGR<19 also ensures comfortable and eye-friendly light distribution, which is especially beneficial at computer workstations.

Simple and Secure Installation with Comprehensive Accessories

The downlight can be installed quickly and without tools thanks to the integrated spring clips, which adapt to ceiling thicknesses from 1 to 30 mm. All necessary components are included in the scope of delivery, including the driver, clip springs, mounting bracket, plug, and connection cable. The plug & play system and pre-assembled luminaire cable connection further simplify installation. The terminal clamp and secondary connection plug ensure a secure mains connection. This makes the GLAN L particularly user-friendly and time-saving to install.

The downlight is made of high-quality aluminum with a powder-coated surface and a silicate glass element that ensures precise light control. This combination guarantees a durable and robust luminaire with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. Passive cooling via the trumpet reflector maintains a constant temperature and protects the LEDs from overheating. Weighing only 0.79 kg and with protection class 2, the luminaire is also safe and stable in operation.

Efficient and Flexible Power Supply

The LED downlight GLAN L operates at a supply voltage of 220-240V at 50/60 Hz and is also suitable for direct current voltages between 176 and 280V. The integrated LED driver ensures safe constant current operation with a low-voltage output (SELV). The power can be adjusted stepwise via DIP switches on the converter, allowing individual adaptation to energy consumption. Additionally, the luminaire is prepared for through-wiring, facilitating the connection of multiple luminaires to a single power source. This technical flexibility makes the GLAN L a sustainable and versatile lighting solution.
