The CYRA+XL LED downlight from Rutec impresses with its high energy efficiency and long service life. With a power consumption of 18 or 24 watts, it produces a luminous flux of 2500 to 3465 lumens at a warm white color temperature of 3000 Kelvin. The luminous efficacy of 145.83 lumens per watt ensures bright and pleasant illumination while maintaining a low power consumption of only 24 kWh per 1000 hours. The average lifespan of 60,000 hours also guarantees low-maintenance use over many years.

Flexible DALI Dimming Function and Easy Installation

The downlight is DALI dimmable and supports both step and push dimmers. This allows the light output to be individually adjusted, either via the integrated DIP switch on the driver or via external dimmers (not included). Installation is tool-free in existing ceiling cut-outs with a variable diameter of 27.5 to 30 cm. The installation depth is just 8.5 cm, allowing the luminaire to be used in shallow ceilings. The maximum material thickness of the installation surface is 30 mm, enabling flexible adaptation to different installation situations.

Optimal Light Quality for Demanding Applications

The downlight offers a beam angle of 60 degrees and symmetrical light distribution, specially designed for general lighting. With a color rendering index of over 80Ra, it ensures natural and pleasant colors in the room. Additionally, the luminaire is equipped with a structured PMMA reflector lens that provides very good glare control. This makes it suitable for screen workstations as well, since the UGR value is below 15, effectively reducing glare.

Robust and High-Quality Materials for Durable Use

The housing of the CYRA+XL LED downlight is made of powder-coated aluminum, galvanized steel sheet, and durable polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). This combination of materials guarantees high stability and a modern look in traffic white color. The driver is replaceable and current-controlled, which facilitates maintenance. Protection class 2 ensures safe use, while the terminal clamps are suitable for conductor cross-sections from 0.5 to 2.5 mm² and allow through-wiring.

Versatile Applications and BEG Funding Eligibility

The CYRA+XL LED downlight is specially designed for renovations and new installations, replacing older luminaires with modern LED technology. Thanks to its high efficiency, the product is eligible for funding under the Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings (BEG). The input voltage is flexibly adjustable between 220-240 volts AC and 180-280 volts DC, allowing the downlight to be used in many electrical environments. The extensive accessories, including clip springs, dimmer switch, lens, reflector, and driver, facilitate installation and adaptation to individual requirements.
