The LED surface-mounted downlight SOLID 1.0 from Wever & Ducré impresses with its robust construction made of powder-coated aluminum die-cast and an elegant, matte white painted surface. With a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 13 cm, the luminaire blends unobtrusively into various ceilings. The design is cylindrical and modern, making the downlight both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Thanks to protection class IP20, the luminaire is designed for dry areas, making it durable and reliable.

Efficient and Pleasant Lighting

The surface-mounted downlight features a warm white light color (3000K) with a color rendering index of over 90 Ra, ensuring a natural and clear color representation. With a luminous efficacy of 70 lumens per watt and a luminous flux of 850 lumens, the luminaire provides bright and energy-efficient lighting. The beam angle of 56° offers wide light distribution for even illumination. The color consistency is extremely low with a MacAdam ellipse of 2 SDCM, so no disturbing color differences occur when using multiple luminaires.

Flexible Light Control and Easy Installation

The LED module is gimbal-mounted, meaning it can be rotated and tilted almost all around to optimally align the light beam. The DALI-2 dimmable version allows for digital light control, which can be ideally integrated into modern building automation systems. An integrated LED driver enables direct connection to 230V mains voltage, making installation particularly easy. Accessories such as terminal block, LED module, plug, and driver are included in the scope of delivery, so no additional components are needed.

Durability and Sustainability

With an average lamp lifetime of 50,000 hours, the SOLID 1.0 offers an especially long service life, reducing maintenance effort and costs. The luminaire falls into photobiological risk class RG1 and is therefore safe to use. Thanks to the replaceable driver, the luminaire can be easily repaired or upgraded if necessary, minimizing environmental impact. Energy consumption is only 13 kWh per 1,000 operating hours, making the downlight a sustainable lighting solution.

The SOLID 1.0 can be used as a ceiling light, surface-mounted light, downlight, spotlight, or object light and is available in various housing colors, light colors, and beam angles. In addition to the DALI-2 dimmable version, an analog dimmable version with phase-cut dimming is also available, offering further flexibility in light control.
