The LED surface-mounted downlight SOLID 1.0 from Wever & Ducré impresses with its first-class workmanship and innovative technology. With a power consumption of 12.2 watts, it produces a luminous flux of 700 lumens at an efficacy of 57 lm/W. The luminaire is made of robust die-cast aluminum, powder-coated and wet-painted, providing an elegant champagne finish. With a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 13 cm, this compact downlight is easy to install and integrates harmoniously into any room concept.

Perfect Light Quality and Dimmability

The SOLID 1.0 LED downlight offers excellent color rendering with a CRI value of over 90, guaranteeing a natural and detailed representation of colors. The light color is adjustable from ultra warm white to warm white (2000-3000K), creating a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. Thanks to DALI-2 Dim-to-Warm technology, the light can be digitally dimmed continuously and the color temperature gently adjusted – ideal for modern building automation systems. A conventional phase-cut dimmer is also possible if the analog version is selected.

Flexible and Adjustable Light Beam

The downlight features a swiveling LED module insert, designed with a gimbal mechanism, allowing it to be rotated almost all around. This enables precise alignment of the light cone with a beam angle of 38° and targeted illumination of specific areas. The direct light distribution ensures optimal lighting, while the average lifetime of 50,000 hours guarantees long-term use without frequent replacement. The LED module is permanently installed and cannot be replaced, simplifying maintenance.

Easy Assembly and Installation

The SOLID 1.0 surface-mounted downlight is designed for direct connection to 230V AC and is delivered including LED module, driver, terminal clamp, and plug. Installation is done as a surface-mounted variant, and the plug connection significantly simplifies the installation process. The light source is included in the scope of delivery, so the luminaire is ready to use immediately. With a weight of only 0.65 kg, the luminaire is also easy to handle and flexibly deployable.

Robustness and Versatile Applications

The luminaire is classified as protection class 1 and IP20, making it suitable for use in protected areas. The high-quality workmanship made of die-cast aluminum with a powder-coated and wet-painted surface guarantees a long service life and an elegant appearance. The low color deviation (MacAdam Ellipse 2 SDCM) ensures a uniform light image when using multiple luminaires of the same type.
