The LED surface-mounted downlight SOLID 1.0 from Wever & Ducré impresses with its high-quality workmanship and excellent light quality. With a housing made of powder-coated and wet-painted die-cast aluminum, it offers a robust and durable solution for demanding lighting applications. The noble, matte black surface gives the spotlight a modern and timeless design. Thanks to the compact dimensions of 10 cm diameter and 13 cm height, the luminaire can be easily integrated into a wide variety of environments.

Powerful and Efficient Light Source

The SOLID 1.0 operates with a power consumption of 12.2 watts and produces a luminous flux of 805 lumens. The luminous efficacy is 66 lumens per watt, which indicates efficient energy use. The color temperature is in the range of 2700 Kelvin, providing ultra warm white to warm white light that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The very good color rendering with a CRI value of over 90 ensures a natural and vivid representation of colors.

Flexibility through Gimbal-Swiveling LED Module

A special feature of the SOLID 1.0 is the gimbal-swiveling LED module, which allows for an almost all-around rotatable alignment of the light beam. This enables the light to be targeted and flexibly directed to specific areas. The beam angle of 34 degrees provides a medium-wide light distribution suitable for both accentuation and general lighting. Installation is done as a surface-mounted luminaire with a secure clamping connection, allowing direct connection to 230V AC mains voltage.

DALI-2 Dimming and Modern Control Options

The surface-mounted downlight is equipped with an integrated LED driver and supports digital dimming according to the DALI-2 standard. This makes it ideally suited for integration into modern building automation systems and offers versatile control options. A dimmer is not included in the scope of delivery but can be added separately. The control gear is replaceable, whereas the LED is permanently installed and cannot be replaced.

Reliability and Safety

With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours, the SOLID 1.0 guarantees long and reliable use. Protection class 1 and protection rating IP20 provide the necessary safety during use. The color consistency with only 2 SDCM ensures an extremely low deviation of the light color across several luminaires of the same type. Additionally, the product complies with photobiological risk class RG1, meaning it poses no health risks from the light emitted.
