The LED surface-mounted downlight SOLID 1.0 from Wever & Ducré impresses with its robust construction made of powder-coated die-cast aluminum. Weighing only 0.65 kg and measuring 10 cm in diameter and 13 cm in height, this ceiling light is particularly compact and unobtrusive. The elegant, metallic silk-matte bronze finish gives the product a sophisticated appearance that harmoniously integrates into various room concepts.

Efficient and Pleasant Lighting

The downlight offers an extra warm white light color with 2700 Kelvin and a very narrow beam angle of 15 degrees. Thanks to the high color rendering index of over 90 (Ra), colors are displayed particularly naturally and lifelike. With a luminous flux of 805 lumens at only 12.2 watts power consumption, the luminaire provides energy-efficient illumination and a high luminous efficacy of 66 lumens per watt.

Flexible Light Direction Thanks to Gimbal LED Module

The LED module is gimbal-mounted and can be rotated almost 360 degrees, allowing the light beam to be optimally directed. This feature makes the SOLID 1.0 especially flexible for setting targeted light accents. The extremely narrow beam optics (spot) support precise illumination of objects or surfaces. This way, the light can be individually adapted to different requirements.

Modern Dimmability and Easy Installation

The surface-mounted downlight is equipped with an integrated LED driver and prepared for direct connection to 230V mains voltage. Digital dimming is conveniently done via DALI-2, enabling integration into intelligent building control systems. A dimmer is not included in the delivery, but the driver can be replaced by the end user. All necessary connection components are included in the scope of delivery.

Durability and Safety

With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours, the SOLID 1.0 guarantees long and reliable use. Protection class 1 and IP20 rating provide safe handling within the intended application area. The luminaire belongs to photobiological risk group RG1 and thus meets the highest safety standards for the human eye. The color consistency is extremely low at 2 SDCM, which ensures a uniform light appearance when using multiple luminaires.
