Innovative Sensor Module for MEGATRON PRO LED Ceiling Lights

The HF sensor module from MEGATRON has been specially developed for the LED ceiling light MTP DECKO SLIM. It combines a high-frequency motion detector with an ambient light sensor, enabling intelligent control of the lighting. The module offers a wide range of settings that can be individually adjusted via an 8-position DIP switch. This allows the luminaire to be optimally adapted to various requirements and environments.

Easy Installation and Versatile Connection Options

The sensor module is simply installed via plug connection under the luminaire cover. This protects the sensor well from dust, splashes, and contact. The connection is made via a system plug, ensuring a quick and secure connection. With a compact size of only 6.1 x 2.9 x 2.3 cm and a weight of 37 grams, the module blends unobtrusively into the luminaire design.

Individually Adjustable Detection and Hold Times

The module features a 360° detection angle and a range of up to 9 meters. The detection area can be set in four levels (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) to recognize only relevant movements. Additionally, the hold time can be flexibly adjusted from 5 seconds up to 30 minutes. These adjustment options ensure efficient energy use and increase comfort in daily operation.

Intelligent Light Control Thanks to Ambient Light Sensor

The integrated ambient light sensor measures brightness and enables automatic adjustment of the lighting. The twilight setting is selectable in several levels from 2 lux to 50 lux or can be deactivated if only motion detection is desired. This way, the lighting is only activated when truly needed, significantly reducing energy consumption.

High-Quality Material and Robust Construction

The sensor module is made of durable plastic in elegant white and is designed for an ambient temperature range of -30 to 40 °C. Protection class IP20 provides adequate protection for indoor use. With a maximum operating temperature of 80 °C, the module is reliably operational even under demanding conditions. Accessories include the presence detector and ambient light sensor; the luminaire itself is not included in the delivery.
