The LED recessed downlight from Frisch-Licht impresses with its round shape, a diameter of 17 cm, and a slim design with only 2 cm installation depth. It offers a flexible light color that can be easily switched via a switch on the connection cable between warm white (3000K), neutral white (4000K), and cool white (6500K). This allows the downlight to optimally adapt to different room moods and requirements. The light emits at a 120° angle, providing even, widespread illumination.

With a power consumption of only 10 watts, the downlight achieves an impressive luminous flux of 1200 lumens and a luminous efficacy of 120 lumens per watt. The average lifespan is 50,000 hours, ensuring reliable lighting in the long term. Energy consumption is only 10 kWh per 1,000 hours, making the product particularly energy-efficient. The luminaire is eligible for BEG funding, making it a sustainable and economical choice.

The LED downlight convinces with a high color rendering index of over 80 Ra, ensuring natural and pleasant color reproduction. Another advantage is the low-glare MICROPAL® diffuser, which reduces the glare value to below UGR 19. This makes the luminaire especially suitable for screen workstations and provides comfortable, fatigue-free lighting. The light distribution is 100% direct and symmetrical, achieving optimal illumination.

Robust Design and Easy Installation

Made from powder-coated aluminum and plastic, the downlight combines modern design with high stability. Protection class 2 and protection rating IP54 guarantee solid workmanship. Installation is facilitated by the supplied spring clips, while the system features a practical system plug. The cut-out diameter is 17 cm, and the maximum material thickness for installation is 1.5 cm. Weighing only 0.3 kg, installation is particularly straightforward.

Flexible Use with Suitable Accessories

The downlight requires an external constant current driver for operation, which is not included in the delivery. It is dimmable, with the dimming function depending on the respective driver. The delivery includes the spring clips, light color switch, and connection cable. Optional accessories such as controllers, dimmers, recessed pots, emergency light modules, or drivers are available separately. The product is available in various sizes and power levels as well as in round and square designs to meet individual requirements.
