The LED built-in panel AREO ON-OFF by Paulmann is an energy-saving and long-lasting recessed light for ceilings and walls in dry indoor areas. With a power consumption of 9W and a luminous flux of 460lm, it provides a bright and uniform area light.

Technical details and energy efficiency

The LED panel has a color temperature of 3000K and a color rendering index of over 80Ra. It is equivalent to a conventional 76W incandescent bulb, but only consumes 9kWh / 1,000 h. The average lamp lifespan is 30,000 hours, ensuring a long service life.

Design and installation

The square design of the AREO ON-OFF recessed light fits perfectly in modern living spaces and offers a switchable function for individual lighting scenarios. The lightweight plastic construction is rust-free and easy to install. The visible part of the panel measures 12x12x1 cm.

Applications and accessories

Thanks to protection class 2 and IP protection class IP23, the LED panel is suitable for use in various rooms. The accessories, such as the driver, are already included in the delivery. The power connection is made via a terminal in an external connection box for a secure installation.

Additionally, VariFit models are available, which offer continuously adjustable clamping springs for installation in existing openings. With a size of 12x12x2.5 cm, the panel is compact and versatile.
