The AKENA outdoor wall light from Paulmann impresses with its elegant, angular design in timeless anthracite. It is equipped with a PIR motion sensor and a twilight switch, which ensure automatic light control. Thanks to the integrated sensor with a detection angle of 120° and a range of up to 4 meters, the light reliably switches on when motion is detected. Additionally, the mode selector switch allows flexible adjustment of the sensor functions, so you can customize the light according to your needs or deactivate it completely.

Energy-Efficient and Durable LED Technology

The AKENA wall light operates with a powerful LED lamp that is already included in the delivery. With a power consumption of only 15 watts, it replaces a conventional incandescent bulb of 78 watts, thus providing high energy savings. The light color is pleasantly warm white at 3000 Kelvin, creating a cozy atmosphere. The luminous flux is 800 lumens with a luminous efficacy of 53.3 lumens per watt. The average lifetime of the lamp is an impressive 30,000 hours, ensuring long usage without frequent replacement.

Robust Material and Sea Air Resistance for Special Applications

Made from aluminum and plastic, the AKENA is characterized by its high durability. The light has an IP44 protection rating, protecting it against splashing water. Particularly noteworthy is its resistance to sea air, making it ideal for use near the coast or in salty environments, such as air spa resorts. This feature ensures a long service life and stable performance even under demanding conditions.

Comfortable Operation and Flexible Light Control

The light offers various operating modes that can be easily set via the mode selector switch. This allows the motion detector to be activated or deactivated. In function mode 3, the light automatically switches on and off in darkness, depending on the ambient brightness. In mode 4, all sensors can be switched off, so the light is controlled by an external switch. This flexibility makes the AKENA particularly user-friendly and individually customizable.

Optimal Light Quality for a Pleasant Atmosphere

The warm white light color with a color rendering index of over 80 Ra ensures natural and pleasant illumination. The light is emitted downwards and at a wide angle, providing large-area lighting. With dimensions of 24.3 x 7 x 25.4 cm, the light is compact and unobtrusive at the same time. Protection class 1 and photobiological safety according to EN 62471 (RG0) also guarantee safe use without health concerns.
