It consists of the built-in dimmer CBU-TED-LR and a matching installation housing, which together allow easy integration into existing installations. This set supports dimming via the CASAMBI app as well as through a conventional light switch, ensuring maximum flexibility in operation. With a compact size of 8.1 x 5.2 x 2.82 cm and a weight of only 44 grams, the dimmer blends unobtrusively into any lighting system.

Technical Details and Compatibility

The dimmer operates with a supply voltage of 85 to 240 volts and is designed for dimmable high-voltage lamps, such as GU10 reflector lamps. It uses so-called trailing edge dimming (phase cut), which is particularly gentle on modern LED lamps. The maximum output power is 150 watts at 230 volts and 70 watts at 110 volts. This allows the range to be extended up to 100 meters with LongRange Bluetooth. The standard range is about 40 meters indoors, depending on structural conditions. The 2.4 GHz Bluetooth frequency ensures stable connections and enables easy control via smartphone or tablet using the CASAMBI app. This creates a flexible, scalable smart home network for lighting control.

Easy Installation and Versatile Control Options

The supplied installation housing features a practical access flap and cable openings that simplify installation. The dimmer is connected to the power grid via a terminal and can be operated both via the CASAMBI app and a conventional light switch. This makes the system particularly user-friendly and versatile. Impulse inputs for switches are also integrated, further simplifying control.

Durability and Optimal Operating Conditions

With a maximum operating temperature of 65°C and an ambient temperature range from -20 to +45°C, the dimmer is well suited for various applications.
