The LED surface-mounted downlight SOLID 1.0 from Wever & Ducré impresses with its high-quality craftsmanship and innovative technology. The luminaire has a round shape and is made of robust die-cast aluminum, which is powder-coated and wet-painted. With a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 13 cm, the compact design blends unobtrusively into any environment. The matte white surface provides an elegant look that is timeless and modern.

Powerful LED with Excellent Color Rendering

The downlight features an integrated COB LED with a power consumption of 12.2 watts and produces an extra warm white light at 2700 Kelvin. The luminous efficacy is 70 lumens per watt, resulting in a luminous flux of 855 lumens. Particularly noteworthy is the very good color rendering with a CRI value of over 90, which ensures natural and vivid color representation. The light color is consistent with a color consistency of 2 SDCM, meaning that color deviations between multiple luminaires are minimal.

Flexible Orientation and Comfortable Operation

Thanks to the gimbal-swiveling LED module, the light beam can be optimally directed. The module can be tilted by 25° and rotated almost 355°, allowing flexible light control. The luminaire is dimmable via phase-cut dimming, so the brightness can be individually adjusted. An integrated LED driver allows for direct connection to a 230V mains voltage, simplifying installation. The luminaire is supplied including terminal block, plug, LED module, and driver.

Durable and Safe Technology

With an average lifetime of 50,000 hours, the SOLID 1.0 offers a long-lasting lighting solution. Protection class 1 and IP20 protection rating guarantee safe use under normal conditions. The photobiological risk class RG1 confirms that the light is harmless to health. The operating voltage range of 220 to 240 volts and the mains frequency of 50-60 Hz make the luminaire versatile in use. Additionally, the operating unit can be replaced by the end user, which simplifies maintenance.

The SOLID 1.0 is suitable as a ceiling light, surface-mounted light, spotlight, or object light and is available in various housing colors, light colors, and beam angles. The medium-wide light distribution with a beam angle of 34° provides targeted and pleasant lighting. The luminaire is part of the SOLID series from Wever & Ducré, which offers other matching products for a harmonious lighting concept. A dimmer is not included in the scope of delivery but can be purchased separately to expand light control.
