Robust LED Ground Recessed Luminaire with High Load Capacity

The LED ground recessed luminaire DASAR® XL SYM impresses with its exceptional load capacity of up to 2000 kg. It is specially designed for demanding applications and is made of high-quality stainless steel 316, aluminum, and impact-resistant glass. With a square design and an installation depth of 29.5 cm, the luminaire integrates unobtrusively and elegantly into any floor surface. The robust housing with IK10 protection guarantees protection against vandalism, heavy hail, and other mechanical impacts.

Efficient and Pleasant Lighting Technology

This ground recessed luminaire offers a powerful luminous efficacy of 103 lm/W at a color temperature of 3000K, providing a warm white, pleasant light. With a luminous flux of 2790 lumens and a narrow beam angle of 24°, the luminaire produces a clearly defined light cone. The symmetrical light distribution ensures even illumination. The color rendering index of over 80 Ra ensures natural colors and a pleasant atmosphere.

Flexible Installation and Easy Integration

The installation of the DASAR® XL SYM is carried out as a recessed version with suitable accessories included in the scope of delivery. These include a pre-wired connection box, a connection cable, and the LED driver. The luminaire is tiltable and can thus be optimally aligned to precisely control the light cone. With DALI compatibility, it can be dimmed continuously and easily integrated into modern building automation systems or IoT networks.

High Protection Against Water, Dust, and Temperature Fluctuations

The luminaire has a protection rating of IP67 for the housing and connector, guaranteeing protection against temporary submersion for up to 30 minutes. The surface is protected according to IP65 against all-sided jet water, heavy precipitation, and dust. Additionally, it is designed for a temperature range from -20 to +45 °C and reaches a maximum surface temperature of 60 °C. These features ensure reliable and long-lasting use under various conditions.

Versatile Applications and Accessories

The DASAR® XL SYM ground recessed luminaire is suitable for commercial, industrial, and private areas. In addition to the square stainless steel bezel, round variants and other sizes are also available. Optional accessories such as installation pots, covers, and various reflectors allow individual adaptation to different requirements. The luminaire is flicker-free and offers an average lifespan of 50,000 hours, ensuring sustainable and low-maintenance lighting.
