The housing of the floodlight is made of high-quality aluminum in black and features textured glass that ensures uniform light distribution. The floodlight is rated IP65, providing reliable protection against dust and water jets from all directions. Additionally, the IK06 rating protects the device from mechanical impacts such as vandalism, hail, or accidents. With an average lamp life of 50,000 hours, the floodlight offers a long-lasting and low-maintenance lighting solution.

Practical Mounting and Connection Options

Installation of the floodlight is made especially easy by the supplied mounting bracket with a special tilt adjustment. Furthermore, a 100 cm long connection cable with an open 3-pin end is already integrated, allowing direct connection to a 230V mains supply. A high-quality, integrated LED driver is also included, so no additional components are required. The compact size of 19.3 x 3 x 23.9 cm and weight of only 0.705 kg also facilitate handling and installation.

Thanks to the integrated pressure equalization valve, the floodlight remains sealed even with temperature fluctuations, ensuring reliable protection against moisture. Switching cycles of over 100,000 guarantee high durability with frequent switching on and off. The symmetrical beam angle of 100° provides uniform illumination of the target area without disturbing shadow zones. The color consistency with a MacAdam value below 6 also ensures a uniform light color throughout the entire service life.

Versatile Applications and Accessories

The STAR 5000 floodlight is available in various versions, including with or without sensor and with switchable warm white or neutral white light color. The scope of delivery includes the connection cable, mounting bracket, and LED driver. A sensor must be purchased separately. The maximum number of floodlights per circuit breaker is 6 with an LS B10 (10A) and 10 with an LS B16 (16A). This makes the floodlight optimally suited to the requirements of modern lighting systems.
