Versatile LED Downlight STAR MULTI

The STAR MULTI LED downlight from Radium impresses with its flexible applicability and timeless design. With a diameter of 33 cm and a slim installation height of only 1.9 cm, the luminaire blends unobtrusively into any ceiling. The combination of a black or white frame and the included magnetic metal decorative ring creates an elegant look. Especially practical is the option to obtain the luminaire in different sizes and power levels, allowing it to be optimally adapted to various requirements.

Simple and Flexible Installation

The installation of the STAR MULTI downlight is particularly straightforward thanks to the innovative mounting system. The adjustable holding clips on the mounting bracket allow flexible adaptation to ceiling cutouts from 5 to 26 cm. Thanks to the removable mounting bracket, surface mounting on solid ceilings is also easily possible. Included in the delivery are, in addition to the mounting bracket, clip springs that further simplify installation. The push-in terminal ensures a quick and secure mains connection to the 220-240V~ operating voltage.

Individually Adjustable Light Output and Color Temperature

The downlight offers stepwise adjustment of power consumption from 12 to 24 watts as well as color temperature between 3000K (warm white), 4000K (neutral white), and 6000K (cool white). This adjustment is made directly on the luminaire via the integrated Power Select and CCT switch, allowing you to easily tailor the lighting to your needs. With a luminous efficacy of 120 lumens per watt, the LED panel produces a luminous flux of 1440 to 2880 lumens, providing bright and pleasant general lighting.

High-Quality Materials and Technical Details

The downlight is made from sturdy iron and high-quality plastics such as polycarbonate (PC) and polystyrene (PS), ensuring durability and stability. The luminaire features protection class 2 and an IP20 protection rating, which is sufficient for the intended area of use. With a color rendering index of over 80 Ra, the light offers natural color reproduction that makes rooms appear friendly and authentic. The color consistency is less than 6 MacAdam ellipses, meaning that color deviations are barely noticeable when using multiple luminaires.

Long Service Life and Energy Efficiency

With an average lifespan of up to 100,000 hours and over 50,000 switching cycles, the STAR MULTI downlight is especially durable and reliable. Energy consumption is only 24 kWh per 1,000 hours, making it an energy-efficient lighting solution. Thanks to the integrated dimmer switch, light intensity can be quickly and comfortably adjusted. The luminaire is designed for a mains frequency of 50/60 Hz and is thus perfectly suitable for direct connection to the power grid.
