Modern LED Recessed Downlight with Square Design

The LED recessed downlight from Frisch-Licht impresses with its flat, square shape measuring 22.5 x 22.5 cm. The white trim integrates discreetly and elegantly into any ceiling and ensures even light distribution. The luminaire is specially designed for recessed installation and has a shallow installation depth of only 2 cm, allowing it to sit almost flush with the ceiling. Thanks to the high-quality materials made of aluminum and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), the downlight is robust and durable.

Excellent Light Quality and Energy Efficiency

With a power consumption of 18 watts, the downlight produces a luminous flux of 2200 lumens at a neutral white color temperature of 4000 Kelvin. The luminaire offers very good color rendering with a CRI value of over 80, ensuring natural and pleasant lighting. The luminous efficacy is an impressive 122 lumens per watt, making the product particularly energy efficient. The light distribution is direct and evenly symmetrical with a beam angle of 110°, creating a bright and uniform room illumination.

Durability and Easy Installation

The LED downlight has a service life of up to 50,000 hours, ensuring long-term use without frequent replacement. Installation is very easy thanks to the included spring clips. A rectangular opening of 22.5 x 22.5 cm is required for mounting. The luminaire is powered via a system plug with 220-240 volts. An external constant current driver is required but not included in the delivery. Dimming capability depends on the driver used, allowing flexible adjustment of the light to different needs.

The downlight features protection class II as well as protection ratings IP44 and IK05, making it resistant to splashing water and mechanical impacts. This makes the product particularly reliable in use. Additionally, the downlight is designed for ambient temperatures between -25 and +50 degrees Celsius.
