High-Quality LED 3-Phase Track Spotlight BREAD

The LED 3-Phase Track Spotlight BREAD from ISOLED impresses with its modern design and powerful technology. With a power output of 34 watts, it produces an extra warm white light with a color temperature of 2700K and a luminous flux of 2900 lumens. Thanks to the high color rendering index of over 92Ra, colors are displayed particularly naturally and vividly, which is especially ideal for the presentation of baked goods and pastries. The round housing made of die-cast aluminum and plastic in elegant matte white blends harmoniously into a variety of environments.

Flexible Light Control and Focusability

This track spotlight is mounted on a gimbal and allows flexible light direction with an adjustable beam angle ranging from 20° to 70°. This way, the light can be positioned exactly where it has the best effect. The switchable ON-OFF function ensures easy operation. With a luminous intensity of 30,381 candelas, the spotlight provides strong and precise illumination. The integrated LED chip is fixed and non-replaceable but particularly durable, with an average lifespan of up to 68,000 hours.

Energy Efficiency and Technical Details

The LED spotlight consumes only 34 kWh per 1,000 hours and achieves a luminous efficacy of 86 lumens per watt, making it particularly energy efficient. Operation is via a 3-phase high-voltage track with 220-240 V, supported by a supplied 3-phase adapter and electronic transformer. Protection class 1 and IP20 protection rating ensure safe operation within the specified ambient temperature range of -20 to +40 °C. The spotlight is compatible with many common 3-phase track systems from renowned manufacturers such as Erco, Zumtobel, and iGuzzini.

Special Light for Optimal Product Presentation

Particularly noteworthy is the special light spectrum with a red peak at about 610 to 630 nm, which optimally emphasizes the browning of baked goods and pastries. This balanced spectrum of warm white and yellow tones makes the products appear fresh and vibrant. The very good color consistency (McAdam ellipse SDCM3) ensures that no color deviations are noticeable when using multiple spotlights. Furthermore, the spotlight meets photobiological safety according to EN 62471 with protection class RG1, which guarantees harmless light for health.

Easy Installation and Versatile Applications

The track spotlight is specially designed for mounting on 3-phase high-voltage tracks and comes with a 3-phase universal adapter including phase selection controller. The clamp connection allows for secure and straightforward installation. With compact dimensions of 8.6 cm diameter and a length of 14.8 cm, the spotlight is unobtrusive and space-saving. It is ideal for targeted area lighting and highlighting products, with additional suitable models available featuring full spectrum or dimmable functions.
