High-Quality Canopy with Integrated LED Driver

The FL-Bal.PLN23DA canopy from Frisch-Licht is the ideal solution for mounting and powering pendant lights with a length of 124.5 cm. It is made of robust aluminum and metal and impresses with its durable workmanship. With an IP20 protection rating and protection class 1, the canopy is optimally designed for use under normal environmental conditions. The compact size of 65 x 4.5 x 3.9 cm and the low weight of only 0.285 kg make installation and integration into various lighting systems easier.

Integrated Dimmable LED Driver for Optimal Light Control

The canopy features an integrated LED driver with a rated current of 1400 mA and a power consumption of 65 watts. It is dimmable via DALI, DALI-2, and push dimmers, allowing the light intensity to be adjusted individually. The factory setting provides a constant current of 1400 mA but can be flexibly changed using resistors. The output voltage ranges from 27 to 51 V DC (SELV), ensuring safe and reliable power supply. The very low ripple current of less than 1% additionally extends the lifespan of the connected LED lights.

Energy-Efficient and Durable with High Light Output

With a luminous flux of 8200 lumens, the canopy ensures bright and pleasant illumination of the pendant light. The average lamp lifetime of an impressive 100,000 hours guarantees long-term use without frequent maintenance or replacement. Energy consumption is only 65 kWh per 1,000 hours, making the canopy a particularly economical lighting component. Additionally, the device is CLO ready, meaning the light output remains constant throughout its entire service life.

Flexible Connection Options and Easy Installation

Installation is carried out as surface mounting and is supported by the canopy accessories included in the delivery. The mains connection is conveniently made via terminals, ensuring a secure and quick connection. The canopy is designed for an input voltage between 176 and 276 volts (AC/DC) and is also suitable for emergency lighting systems. The maximum cable length to the LED module is 5 meters, and up to 22 drivers (with C 16A) can be connected per circuit breaker, providing flexible installation options.

Modern Design and Versatile Applications

The canopy is finished in an elegant white and has a square shape that harmoniously fits into various room concepts. It is specially designed for office pendant lights and screen workstation lighting and supports integration into digital building automation systems. Since the luminaire is not included, it can be ordered separately according to individual preferences. Additional accessories such as dimmers or strain reliefs are optionally available to further optimize installation and functionality.
